TEDA's mission statement is to create value for partners and stakeholders by delivering innovative and impactful projects that improve results and exceed targets – without compromising awareness of white saviors or green colonialism.

I have been described as an impact driven, intuitive and an assertive entrepreneur who specializes in strategy and sustainability consultancy in Africa.

My core skills as director include strategic development, relationship management, and stakeholder management. I specialize in private philanthropy with a strong focus on impact donations, early-stage project management and the dissemination of the CSR framework.

I can help develop your idea, or I can introduce your sustainable project to East Africans by applying my ability to create meaningful relationships and growing my current productive relationships.

I help build bridges across age groups, backgrounds, cultures and business sectors through:

Thorough understanding of driving purpose and social relations around the project or company.

The ESG framework.

Philanthropic consultancy.

Exclusive project implementation.

1-on-1 partnership relationships.

I enjoy and thrive in new and uncertain situations, where I can leverage my creative and analytical skills and entrepreneurial mindset – creating positive, impactful, sustainable change and social accountability.

Throughout my career I have been fortunate to work with companies within the Social Responsibility agenda – some of which include:

Let's Build Foundation, out of Norway, where I helped initiate the foundation of Let’s Build Malawi and their local network. I also developed strategic partnerships with the Malawi Government to accelerate their plans to build and renovate quality public schools for children and youth.

Zibra, where I have helped improve the innovation skills of children and young adults through formal and informal education initiatives. Through the years we have developed feasibility studies and processes for impact donations, aiding key agents within mental health initiatives in Kenya.

Swiss College Alpin Beau Soleil, 17g – a non-profit company which returns all profit from serving and selling coffee into development projects, with an aim to empower producers, enhance working conditions and highlight the delicate and difficult reality many coffee producers face.

NGUVU Coffee, where I am part-owner and responsible for business development on both sides of the supply chain. NGUVU aims to help empower female coffee farmers to invest in business development and farm expansions, whilst also providing organic farming and business training to them.

Lastly, I am a proud Paul Harris recipient and member of Copenhagen Rotary Club. I am also a Rotary International Peace Fellow from Makerere University, Kampala, Uganda.
